In partnership with Vantage Point and funded by First West Foundation, this session focuses on practical tools and real‑world approaches to handling conflict and leading challenging conversations with confidence and clarity. 

This workshop is designed to support leaders and teams working in purpose‑driven environments where relationships, trust, and communication matter deeply. 

What You’ll Learn Participants will walk away with:

- Identify strategies to recognize and embrace productive team conflict.
- Develop strategies to respond more effectively to the emotional content of conflict and focus on the issues that matter.
- Apply the process of preparing for, holding, and following up on crucial conversations.
- Build confidence and comfort with challenging conversations.
